Every session combines expert coaching, competitive drills, and game-realistic scenarios to ensure players are fully engaged, developing confidence, and training in a group space that demands their best every time they step on the pitch.

PURPOSE
Driven by a clear purpose, the Development Lab focuses on developing complete footballers through technical growth, game intelligence, and strong habits. Each session is designed with intention, using structured exercises and guided coaching to help players improve with clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward in their football journey.
PATHWAY
Structured through a clear progression model, the Development Lab pathway ensures every player is training at the right level for their development. Through the Core, Edge, and Pro pathways, players are guided from foundational skills to elite performance, with each commitment level designed to challenge, develop, and prepare them for higher levels of the game.
SESSION DETAILS
Players receive a free LIAG kit for Development Lab training
Sessions operate for 1.5hr in length
Sessions continue once a week all year round, with no breaks
