LIAG FOOTBALL
TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: 23/01/26

By enrolling in any Liag Football program, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Programs & Services

Liag Football provides the following services:

  • Development Lab (group training programs)

  • Individual Program (private 1-on-1 training sessions)

  • Holiday Program (holiday clinics and special programs)

  • Online training programs

  • Special events, team training, and one-off sessions

2. Enrollment & Payments

  • All enrollments and bookings are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Subscription-based programs operate on recurring billing cycles.

  • Prices are subject to change, but current pricing will always be confirmed at the time of enrollment.

3. Cooling-Off Period (2-Day Refund Window)

  • All payments are eligible for a 2-day cooling-off period from the date of payment.

  • Refund requests made within 48 hours of payment must be submitted via email.

  • After this 48-hour period, all payments are final, subject to the cancellation terms outlined below.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Subscriptions & Tier-Based Enrollments
This applies to:

  • Development Lab

  • Individual Program (recurring or subscription-based tiers/enrollments)

These programs require a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) written notice for cancellation.
Requirements:

  • Cancellation must be submitted via email

  • Notice must be given at least 14 days before your next billing date

  • The request must clearly state the participant’s name and program

If these requirements are not met:

  • No refunds will be issued

  • Payments must still be made

  • Billing will continue until the notice period is fulfilled

B. Other Programs & One-Off Bookings

This applies to:

  • Holiday Program

  • One-off bookings for the Individual Program

  • Special events and non-subscription services

These programs require a minimum of 7 days’ written notice for cancellation.

If cancellation is made with less than 7 days’ notice:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Payment remains fully payable

5. Missed Sessions / No-Shows

  • Missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable

  • Sessions are not transferable unless approved in writing by Liag Football

6. Code of Conduct

Players, parents, and guardians must act respectfully toward coaches, staff, and other participants.
Liag Football reserves the right to remove participants for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.

7. Health & Safety

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries.

  • Participation is at the individual’s own risk.

  • Liag Football is not liable for injuries sustained during training or events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, media, and digital resources are the property of Liag Football and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Liag Football is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in programs or use of our website.

10. Changes to Terms

Liag Football reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
