Who It’s For & How the Individual Program Works
The Liag Individual Development Program is designed for committed players aged 6–15+ who want personalised coaching and clear direction in their development.
Each player receives tailored, one-on-one or small-group sessions built around their specific needs, position, and goals. Training begins with an assessment to identify key areas for improvement, followed by a structured Individual Development Plan that guides every session and evolves as the player progresses.
Players can join on a convenient monthly subscription basis, with payments collected automatically to secure their spot in the program and maintain consistent progress throughout the season.

What Makes the Individual Program Different?
Unlike generic individual sessions, Liag’s program focuses on long-term development, not random drills. Every session is intentional, game-realistic, and aligned with elite standards, ensuring players understand how to apply improvements in match situations.
A key component of the program is our X Factor training segment, where each quarter we identify a player’s unique game-changing attribute and apply specialised professional methods to develop it. This could be creativity, explosiveness, composure, vision, or confidence—turning a strength into a defining weapon.
Players can expect accelerated technical growth, increased confidence under pressure, stronger decision-making, and a clear understanding of what’s required to continue improving beyond training.

What is X-Factor?
The X-Factor is a personalised development focus built exclusively into the Individual Training Program, designed to elevate a player’s game by strengthening one pivotal area of performance. Each player is assigned a specific X-Factor every quarter, chosen to suit their natural playstyle and long-term potential. This focus becomes a core pillar of their development, targeting an area that can genuinely separate them from others and take their overall performance to the next level.
How is it used?
Once assigned, the X-Factor becomes a consistent point of emphasis throughout weekly training sessions, where it is developed using varied methods and evolving approaches. Coaches intentionally design sessions to repeatedly challenge and refine this key area, ensuring it translates into real match impact. Alongside on-field work, players receive access to exclusive training modules that reinforce their X-Factor, allowing learning and development to continue beyond the pitch.
How is it decided?
The X-Factor is decided by Liag Football coaches through detailed observation, performance analysis, and understanding of the player’s strengths, weaknesses, and playing style. It is identified as a pivotal area that, if enhanced, can unlock the next level of the player’s game. Once selected, the X-Factor is clearly presented to the player, ensuring they understand its importance, purpose, and how it fits into their overall development journey.
How can players improve their X Factor?
Players improve their X-Factor through a combination of targeted weekly training, personalised learning modules, and structured homework designed to fast-track development. These modules are tailored specifically to the player’s assigned X-Factor and may focus on technical, tactical, physical, or psychological elements of football. By actively engaging with both on-field sessions and off-field learning, players gain deeper understanding, sharper execution, and long-term mastery of their defining strength.
